Operation Phoenix 

Our Founder's Vision

My name is Phoenix Wilde and I am a Trans Father from East Tennessee. I lost all my kids because of my decision to put an "M" on my drivers license.  My kids were, and still are- my everything.  $30,000 later, I didn't have a choice to raise my children,  but I could control what I did with the rest of my life.  

I decided then and there that since I could not raise my kids,  I was going to reinvent the entire world they live in. I lost my children's childhoods forever, but I REFUSED to let it be in vain.  Now that all my time was free,  I did not stop until I developed a plan for the elusive "Holy Grail"... World Peace. 

I vowed I would spend the rest of my days making it happen, and Operation Phoenix was born. 

Operation Phoenix University 

Operation Phoenix University is Operation Phoenix's REVOLUTIONARY "Success Bootcamp" and is our foundation in ALL branches of Operation Phoenix.  

Our 3 Pillars are: 

- Identity 

- Community 

- Purpose 

Participants of ALL divisions of Operation Phoenix begin with developing their own Code of Honor- based on who they WANT to be, not who they used to be. They are walked through a reinvention process, determine their personal "Success Formula" and Develop a comprehensive picture of who they are becoming.  They are taught how to choose their community wisely while leaning into their purpose.
